Overview

Holly Hearn is an associate attorney practicing exclusively in the area of family law. Ms. Hearn has been licensed to practice in the state of Texas since 2008.

Ms. Hearn graduated cum laude from the University of Texas at Tyler with a Bachelor’s of Science in History. She received her Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law. Prior to joining VickCarneyLLP, Ms. Hearn handled estate planning, criminal defense, and complex family law and property matters. Ms. Hearn has extensive experience in family law cases with sensitive issues including abuse, neglect, and addiction, and in cases involving the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. She has been involved with multiple high-profile cases that garnered national press and media coverage.

Ms. Hearn is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas, Texas Bar Foundation, Tarrant County Family Bar Association, and the Tarrant County Bar Association.
